Today I’m going to tell you my biggest time saver. This is a software program I use on a daily basis. It saves me loads of time, energy and frustration.
I consider this program so important, I purchase it for each of my full-time outsource workers. It makes them more efficient and allows us to collaborate and share quickly and efficiently.
I know many people download trials and then just try to learn them on the go. I used to do exactly the same thing. I had been using one of my time-saver programs for over a year before I decided to watch one of their training videos. What a difference! Within 90 minutes I was saving more than twice the time. I never had ANY idea that half the features existed.
I now allocate two hours of learning time for any new software I download … and often schedule more, if necessary. This will make ALL the difference in your productivity.
Many of you will say “I don’t have the time to read the instructions, or watch the videos.” I say … you will save the time back 100 time over! So you can’t afford NOT to.

This software is a hands down winner. It literally saves me a minimum of one hour a day, most days it saves me a lot more time than that.
Clipmate is basically an “extended” clip board. Gone are the days when if I copy one piece of information, it is overwritten as soon as I copy a second bit of information. I can literally save hundreds of clips in the temporary folder, and can save thousands of clips in any number of permanent folders.
For example, I have a permanent folder with over a hundred links to website pages I visit again and again.
One of the features I use on an almost hourly basis is the macro capability. I type in a few letters and can paste links, sentences or entire pages of content into any windows program. For example, I have a three letter macro that will create an email message filed with information and links on my Fiverr gigs. I have other 3 letter macros that allow me to paste information and links to all of my books.
In the years since I started using ClipMate, I have had 4 new computers and one major (wipe it all out) crash. After I installed either Firefox or Chrome, ClipMate was the FIRST program I installed. I now have a “stick” that allows me to use MY ClipMate information on any computer I can plug it into.
With THIS program, I can actually share files. For example, I can share a permanent folder of links to all my websites and programs with my workers. They simply install the file and they are ready to go with dozens of pre-programmed links.

When I’m writing books or articles, descriptions, and author bios I am constantly changing things around. I move sentences and paragraphs. I may want to save a blurb for use in some other document and I definitely want to save “stuff” to use over and over again.
